Ceremony Fees & Process

Please note that all prices are a guide and may vary depending on the requirements of your ceremony.

Ceremony Fee

Ceremony packages start from £450.

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid in full no later than two weeks before your ceremony.

What's Included

Your ceremony includes:

• A complimentary initial consultation to help us get to know each other and decide whether we're the right fit.

• During this meeting we'll discuss your ideas, values, and vision for your ceremony, as well as your story as a couple.

• Following the consultation, I will prepare and send you a first draft of your bespoke ceremony.

We will then arrange a second consultation to review the draft together, refine the ceremony, and ensure it truly reflects you both. After this meeting, I will prepare the final version for your approval.

Additional Services

Any significant amendments requested before the second consultation, or additional work outside the agreed package, may incur an extra charge. This may include:

• Support with writing personal vows

• Help with speeches, readings, or prayers

• Liaising with venues or other suppliers

• Assisting with ceremony layout or creating the ceremony space

• Coordinating family members or other participants

• Additional meetings or extensive revisions

Travel is charged at 45p per mile.
