Celebrant service includes one initial free consultations regardless to help you decide if we are the right fit.

There will then be an additional consultation to help shape a bespoke ceremony created with clients before the celebrant works up a final draft for client approval.

Additional work to support the ceremony will be at an extra cost. This could include support with vows/speeches/prayers, liaising with third parties such as venues and staff, helping create the ceremony space, assisting other participants or travel to venue (plus milage @ 0.45p per mile)

The fee for a ceremony or celebration is from £350

A deposit of 40% is required on all bookings.

Outline Wedding Ceremonies

Viking/Norse Wedding Rite May Include:

Opening & Hallowing
The celebrant raises a sword and calls upon Thor to sanctify the sacred circle.

Purification
Pine, lavender, or similar sacred herbs are used to cleanse and strengthen the couple before vows are spoken.

Calling the Shared Animal Guide
A chosen animal spirit, such as the wolf, is invoked as guardian of loyalty, instinct, and protection.

Declaration of Alliance
Symbolic bride price, dowry, and a witness handshake honour traditional Norse marriage alliances.

Sword Oath & Protection
An oath is sworn upon the sword, invoking honour, shared strength, and divine protection.

Invocation of Love & Sovereignty
Freyja is called to bless the union with love, passion, sovereignty, and fertility.

Vows
The couple speak their personal vows before community and ancestors.

Rings & Keys
Rings and keys are exchanged to symbolise shared life, responsibility, and commitment.

Mead Oath & Blessing
The couple drinks from a shared horn of mead, giving thanks to the gods and ancestral spirits

Druidic and Celtic Wedding Ceremony May Include:

Pre-Ceremony Blessing
The space is prepared with a central lantern and quaich, and the couple receive a quiet blessing before guests arrive.

Guest Gathering
Guests form a circle, creating sacred space around the central altar.

Opening & Directional Arrival
The wedding party enters from the East, the couple stand in their chosen elemental directions, and the ceremony begins in the West.

Welcome & Sacred Calling
The celebrant welcomes all present, shares the couple’s journey, and calls upon the land, ancestors, and spirits of good intent.

Community Blessing & Cordage
Guests tie ribbons with silent blessings into a shared braid while prayers for protection, strength, wisdom, and love are spoken.

Blessings of the Four Directions
Invocations are offered to North, South, West, and East for strength, passion, wisdom, and inspiration.

Vows & Rings
Each partner speaks their vows and exchanges rings as a symbol of their entwined path.

Quaich & Handfasting
The couple shares a drink from the quaich and are bound with the blessed cordage in love and companionship.

Kiss, Final Blessing & Closing
The vows are sealed with a kiss, joyful blessings are raised, the binding is released, the circle is closed, and the couple depart in celebration.
